Terms & Conditions
- The Reward Card is not a credit card payment or cheque guarantee card and cannot be redeemed for cash nor be sold. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- The Reward Card must be presented at the time any benefit is obtained and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer that may be available at the time.
- The Emsleys Reward Card is not transferable and remains the property of Emsleys Solicitors and Property Specialists of Colton Mill, Bullerthorpe Lane, Leeds, LS15 9JN.
- Emsleys reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Reward Card at any time and take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, in its discretion, it deems such action is necessary.
- The authorised signatory of the Reward Card is entitled to the benefit of any promotions from time to time offered to the holders of the Reward Card, details of which are to be seen on this web site or sent by email, text or mailed to individual card holders.
- Emsleys reserves the right to decline or withdraw the Reward Card at any time.
